

Gerber® purees aren’t just for little ones! Chia seed pudding is a flavorful, nutritious breakfast that parents enjoy, too. This recipe features peach, but you can swap it for any flavor you like.

Serving size: ½ cup
Ingredients:

¼ cup chia seeds

1 cup milk of choice

1 tbsp maple syrup
-
(1) 4oz pack Gerber® Peach Puree

1 fresh peach, diced
Directions:
1. In a glass food storage container or wide-mouth mason jar, whisk chia seeds, milk, maple syrup and puree until combined.
2. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours—even overnight!
3. When ready to eat, top with diced peaches and enjoy.
